At RelaxaFlex™, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing, delivery times, and other important information.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • European Union

  • International destinations (availability may vary by country)

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout or contacted directly.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and carrier performance.

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. RelaxaFlex™ is not responsible for these charges and cannot predict their amount.


Tracking Your Order

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delays & Lost Packages

Delivery times are not guaranteed. RelaxaFlex™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
