Sale items or gift cards
Hazardous or flammable materials
To get a different item, please return the original one first. Once approved, place a new order.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days, provided it’s unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
